Visalia Medical Clinic

Visalia Medical Clinic was originally formed in 1940 as a medical partnership between Dr. I. M. Lipson and his son-in-law Dr. William S. Neal, and with the addition of Dr. J.H. Brady in 1941, the roots of what would become the clinic were established.

The practice established a clinic in 1942 on the South Floral site where Kaweah Delta District Hospital is now located. The next home was on Meadow and then finally, to meet the growing community’s demand for medical care, the current site on Hillsdale Avenue was purchased and construction of a 44,000-square-foot clinic building was begun.

On completion in 1974, the massive move to the new facility included 22 physicians, all personnel, equipment, furnishings and all ancillary services of the newly incorporated Visalia Medical Clinic, Inc. The building undergoes continual changes to accommodate additional physicians and support staff, imaging and other ancillary services.

Visalia Medical Clinic is now the largest physician-owned clinic in the South Valley. Through the years and all the growth, Visalia Medical Clinic has remained committed to providing quality care to all patients, helping you to Be Well.
