If your appointment is more than two days from today, you can cancel that appointment on line. Likewise, if your upcoming appointment is less than two days from today, you can confirm the appointment.

Missing your statement or simply want to view past statements? VMC MyChart allows you to view all of your statements online. There is no need to call us, request a copy and wait for it to arrive via US Mail. You can access it yourself when you need to and print it - no more waiting.
