Cardiac Rehabilitation is designed to help you regain confidence and quality of life through exercise, good nutrition, lifestyle modification, stress management, medication and weight management. The program is specific to patients that have had coronary artery stents, bypass surgery, heart attacks, heart valve repair, chest pain and/or heart transplants. Your individual, physician-prescribed program will be guided by a cardiac care RN and an exercise physiologist.
