Kathy Saxon Named Interim President of Adventist Health Tillamook

News

Kathy Saxon has been named Interim President of Adventist Health Tillamook following the recent departure of David Butler to another market of Adventist Health. Kathy has served as Patient Care Executive at the hospital for the past five years and has transformed the quality of care delivered in Tillamook. As a local resident, she has been committed to ensuring the hospital consistently provides exceptional care. Patients who had previously traveled over the mountain range for their medical needs are now receiving their care in town.

“I am grateful for Kathy’s willingness to serve as interim president while we begin the executive search in collaboration with the local board to identify the best candidate to lead Adventist Health Tillamook, said Joyce Newmyer, President Adventist Health Pacific Northwest Region. “Kathy has served in similar interim capacities during her lengthy healthcare career.”

Adventist Health Tillamook is experiencing tremendous growth along the Oregon coast and beyond. Local residents are now able to access high quality, patient centered care through the hospital, urgent cares, primary care providers and specialists who are inspiring health, wholeness and hope.
