Lawrence N. Allenger, FNP-C, joins Adventist Health in Selma and Dinuba

CENTRAL VALLEY – Adventist Health is pleased to welcome board-certified family nurse practitioner Lawrence N. Allenger, FNP-C, to Adventist Health Medical Office – Dinuba Plaza and Selma Central. Providing care to patients of all ages, Allenger will focus on preventative health, disease management and health education.

“I want to help patients in our community be more informed about their health and disease processes,” said Allenger. “This helps patients become more of an advocate for themselves and make better choices for a healthy, active lifestyle.”

Allenger earned his master’s degree in nursing from Fresno Pacific University and bachelor’s degree in nursing from California State University, Fresno, graduating magna cum laude. He is certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and California Association of Nurse Practitioners.

Dedicated to treating his patients like family, Allenger believes in treating everyone fairly in every situation or circumstance.

“By paying attention to the smallest details, being respectful and having patience, I am able to make the biggest impact in patients’ lives,” said Allenger.

When not caring for patients, Allenger enjoys spending time with his wife and their two children, working in the yard and exercising.
