Adventist Health Tulare logo joins LifeStar Ambulance’s fleet of EMS vehicles

News

TULARE – LifeStar Ambulance and Adventist Health Tulare’s joint commitment to deliver high-quality, compassionate care to Central Valley residents is now on display in a new way. LifeStar, a locally owned and operated company founded in 1995 by Don Schultz and Jackie Paull, has added the Adventist Health Tulare logo to its fleet of 10 ambulances.

Adventist Health Tulare contracts with LifeStar Ambulance to transfer patients from the hospital to other healthcare facilities, ensuring a secure, smooth transition for patients. LifeStar Ambulance’s team of paramedics and EMTs provides 911 service to the Tulare, Tipton, Pixley and Earlimart areas, following the policies and procedures of the Central California Emergency Medical Services Agency to transport patients to the most appropriate hospital.

Adventist Health Associate Patient Care Executive Sheri Pereira says the logo addition symbolizes the strong relationship between the hospital and EMS company. “This partnership affirms that LifeStar is supportive of the hospital,” Pereira said. “In turn, we are confident in the care they provide to our patients during transport. Having a solid working relationship with our local ambulance company and local businesses is very important.”

As former emergency department managers at the Tulare District Hospital, LifeStar’s Schultz and Paull have extensive experience and knowledge of emergency medical services. “We have a deep connection with the hospital,” Paull said. “From the moment Adventist Health began in Tulare [in 2018], they have been a perfect fit. We wanted to show our community the great partnership we have.”

The Adventist Health Tulare logos were created by Truck Sign Design and applied by Tulare’s Rigo Signs.
