Physician assistant excited to offer care in Earlimart

Board-certified physician assistant Letty Echeverria, PA-C, has joined the team at Adventist Health Medical Office – Earlimart.

Echeverria has extensive experience in urgent care and family practice and provides a wide range of treatment for infants and adults. This includes preventative care, infections, hypertension, physicals, asthma, colds, flu and more. She also has additional certification in sports medicine.

Prior to pursuing her physician assistant degree at University of California, Davis, Echeverria was a registered nurse and worked with medical-surgery and oncology patients for seven years. Originally from Ecuador, she previously earned a doctorate in medicine from Central University of Ecuador in Quito.

Echeverria is active in her profession and a member of the California Academy of Physician Assistants, American Association of Physician Assistants and Urgent Care Association of America. Additionally, she is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistant and has been recognized several times for excellence in patient care.

She and her husband of 30 years live an active lifestyle and enjoy hiking, walking, cooking and laughing with their grandchildren. Echeverria is fluent in English and Spanish and proficient in Portuguese.
