Khampha Thephavong, DO, joins Adventist Health Medical Office - Fowler

Adventist Health Medical Office – Fowler is pleased to welcome board-certified internal medicine physician Khampha Thephavong, DO, to its medical staff. Providing an array of treatment, she helps adults manage acute and chronic conditions and cares for headaches, respiratory infections, musculoskeletal conditions, diabetes, hypertension, hyperlipidemia and more.

“I really enjoy interacting with my patients and coming up with a treatment plan together to keep them healthy and strong,” she said.

Thephavong earned her doctor of osteopathy at Ohio University College of Osteopathic Medicine in Athens. She completed her residency in internal medicine at Community Regional Medical Center in Fresno and additional training at the Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Fresno. She is certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine.

Originally from Laos, she and her family immigrated to the United States when she was nine. Today, she enjoys adventure, traveling and exploring new parks and cities with her husband and two sons. She is fluent in English and Laos.
