Our Team
Cristina Mancillas Ramos, FNP-C
Cristina Mancillas Ramos, FNP-C, is a board-certified family nurse practitioner
passionate about expanding healthcare access throughout Kern County. She
is based out of the Adventist Health’s mobile unit but will also
be providing care throughout Eastern Kern County, Tehachapi, Delano, McFarland
and beyond.
She offers patients pediatric, adult, and geriatric primary care, including for chronic and acute medical conditions, sports physicals, wellness exams and more. She’s fluent in both English and Spanish. A firm believer that healthcare is a right and not a privilege, Ramos was inspired to practice medicine because she wants to help others and give back to her community — especially those most in need.
Our mobile unit staff is bilingual and includes a nurse practitioner, a clinic manager, two medical assistants, and an LVN.
Lourdes Ramirez, Medical Assistant
Lourdes Ramirez has worked with Adventist Health in the mobile clinic for
8 months. Lourdes previously worked at a Bakersfield urgent care clinic
for two years and came to Adventist Health for more growth. Lourdes’
favorite part of her job on the mobile clinic is getting to learn new
things like driving the unit and working with her team. During her free
time Lourdes enjoys going to the beach and visiting aquariums and museums.
She has two French bulldogs, Isley and Dante. Both pups are playful and
funny in their own way. Lourdes lives in a household where she has always
had a love for horses, cows, pigs, and sheep.
Rebecca Barraza, Medical Assistant
Rebecca Barraza has worked in the healthcare industry for 7 years and recently
joined the Adventist Health mobile clinic. Originally from Bakersfield,
she currently lives in Taft. Rebecca previously worked at a pulmonology
clinic for 4 years and came to Adventist Health for growing her career.
Her favorite part of working on the mobile clinic is being able to do
a variety of tasks. She enjoys outdoor activities such as camping and
going to the beach.
